Qualified Mental Health Provider Contractor (QMHP)

Do you love helping people who struggle with mental illness? Our Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP) position could be a good fit for you. 

Our ideal QMHP would have at least a bachelor’s degree in human services (or a related field) from an accredited college. They would also have at least one year of experience providing direct services to individuals with mental illness.

Community Services Specialist Contractor (CSSP)

If you’ve worked as a full-time documented mental health case manager before August 31, 2004, let’s chat!

We’re currently looking for a Community Services Specialist! Our Community Services Specialist would be a staff member of local mental health authority. They would have documented full-time experience in mental health case management and rehabilitation.

Client Concierge & MARKETING SPECIALIST
(DUAL ROLE)

Other responsibilities includes: 

  • The Client Concierge & Marketing Specialist position helps us with on-boarding every client. You are responsible for scheduling & administering the Intake Process (as needed,) and being with our client every step of the way until they are assigned a Qualified Mental Health Provider to begin their services. You are their HAPPY first face:-)
  • Oversee Quality Assurance Program
  • Other responsibilities may include targeted marketing and follow-up with our partners to ensure we are meeting their needs. 
  • Work directly with the Office Manager
  • Traveling is required – we are a mobile counseling service
  • Virtual accessibility
  • Marketing is a must in this position.
  • Sales experience is needed.
  • Recommend trainings for clients, and staff, and working to ensure they are set-up.
  • Arranging and attending a couple of Saturday event per month. 
  • Reports to Office Manager.
  • Occasionally assist Sunshine Committee Volunteer.
  • Must be flexible and comfortable with constant change.
  • Must have a great attitude.

Behavioral Health Medical Consultant ( Medicaid) (BHMC)​

Our ideal BHMC is a core member of the collaborative care team to ensure our clients are receiving the best possible mental health care. The BHMC is responsible for supporting and coordinating the mental health care of patients on an assigned patient caseload in collaboration with our in-house licensed professionals. 

  • Screens and assesses patients for common mental health. Facilitates patient engagement and follow-up care. Provides patient education about common mental health and the available treatment options.
  • Systematically tracks treatment response and monitors patients (in person or by telephone) for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications. Provides brief behavioral interventions using evidence-based techniques such as behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing, or other treatments as appropriate.
  • Supports psychotropic medication management as prescribed by medical providers, focusing on treatment adherence monitoring, side effects, and effectiveness of treatment.
  • Documents patient progress and treatment recommendations in our BH-Documentation System to be shared with other treating providers.
  • Facilitates treatment plan changes for patients who are not improving as expected (in consultation with in-house licensed professionals) and who may need more intensive or more specialized mental health care. Facilitates referrals for clinically indicated services outside of the organization (e.g., mental health specialty care, substance abuse treatment, social services such as housing assistance, vocational rehabilitation).
  • Consults with the core team relapse prevention self-management plan with patients who have achieved their treatment goals and are soon to be discharged from the caseload.

Clinical Interns/volunteers

Looking for LPC interns, or passionate mental health supporters to help us out where needed in our new and fast-growing company.  We want to ensure that our clients have the ABSOLUTE BEST mental health care support from people with the heart to serve.

Work Location: Some travel required, but will receive gas allowance.

Clinical Behavioral Staff (LPC, LCSW, etc.) ​

Overseas Mental Health Field Workers to ensure the treatment plan is being effectively executed per TMHP. Facilitates (AS NEEDED & Mandatory) trainings, and WEEKLY case reviews. Overseas a caseload to ensure TMHP compliance.

  • Responsible for documentation.
  • Counsels crisis or severe mental health clients, individually and in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, and making changes.
  • Maintains confidentiality of records relating to clients treatment.
  • Collects information about clients through interviews, observations, and tests. Prepares and maintains treatment records and reports.
  • Evaluates clients physical or mental condition based on review of client information.
  • Develops and implements treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge. Acts as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.
  • Prepare discharge reports and ensures the Field Rep are properly documenting.

SUNSHINE COMMITTEE VOLUNTEER

You are a great planner, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively. The Sunshine Committee Volunteer understands the concept of LIFESTYLE. You see, here at GIC&E, we teach life that “Life Coaching” is a lifestyle, and work-life balance is a part of being a healthy employee or contractor. The Sunshine Committee Volunteer position helps us make our team feel appreciated and loved. This person reminds us that we can work-hard and play-harder. This person will remind us to honor ourselves because there is more to life than just work!work!work! 

Other responsibilities will include: 

  • Employee birthday recognitions.
  • Client birthday recognitions (Must work closely with Client Concierge and Office Manager.)
  • Planning of Coach Connect & Networking Tuesday. 
  • Planning of Last Friday Team Building Events.
  • Planning of special events – Christmas Party.
  • Planning of annual charity-giving event.
  • Planning of annual company trip.
  • Planning of family and friends – annual camp weekend.
  • Will ensure that all things are executed – planned, booked, and itinerary posted in Slack with at least 2-3 weeks notice for smaller events, and 4 weeks notice for major events
  • Will oversee Maverick game assignments. 
  • Will handle all RSVP and report them to Office Manager or assigned staff.
  • Will abide by budget and get pre-approval for additional allowances.
  • Will oversee all employee/contractor gifts and awards for various events.
  • Reports to Office Manager (OM) and will get budget clearances from OM. 
  • May have to attend some staff meetings to discuss plans. 
  • Will create a monthly calendar or electronic calendar to ensure staff is well aware of monthly activities.

BE KIND COMMUNITY
gic&E certified life coach

Master Coach LaKendra has created the BE KIND VIRTUAL COMMUNITY to provide contract work for Certified Life Coach through The Global Life Coach Training & Entrepreneur Institute. This is more of a PASSION project to give back to humanity.  The Be Kind Community is a NEEDS-BASED community. It is offered FREE to ages 17+ with a financial need, and it is funded by people of influence, corporate businesses, grants, etc. 

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Personal Development resources are posted weekly in our Facebook Community.
  • Elected day to teach an Emotional Intelligent workshop LIVE via zoom or in the Facebook group.
  • Voxer subscription paid by GICE to offer support to assigned participants in your cluster. 
  • 1st Wednesday strategy and planning meetings. 
  • Responsible for a cluster of participants to check-in in via Voxer and Email support.
  • Joint Venture opportunity.
  • Responsible for joint calendar input.
